Looks good, works well.
Looks nicer than the photos suggest and the flame effects in the video are accurately portrayed – quite realistic. It seemed somewhat flimsy at first but on the floor stands is surprisingly sturdy. We’ll eventually mount it in a cabinet space under the TV and likely hide a sub-bass unit behind it as it’s quite slim. The fixing method is simple & effective.It was slightly noisy at first when the blower was running, turned out to be nothing more than mechanical vibration from the already mounted wall bracket at the back. If you’re not using it, remove & store it and if you are, the weight of the unit on it will dampen it out.I’m quite impressed with this heater – decent heat on demand, a flame effect that doesn’t disappoint and my better half considers it money well spent. Now we can finally rip out the last of the E7 storage heaters 🙂 Also looks better than the one in Franklin’s GTA 5 house.

Great product but the only thing is it didn’t cone with an instruction manual probably the most important part??

Cosy but modern-looking electric fire
Iâm so pleased with this electric fire! I wanted it more for appearance than heat but itâs great for both. It can be wall mounted or inserted into a recess but I just have it freestanding on tv unit which means it can be moved elsewhere easily too if required. Very good value for money!

Great heater despite the obvious signs of it being returned
We love the heater, it’s a great addition to the conservatory. Unpacking the fire revealed some obvious signs of a poorly repackaged return as most of the polystyrene packaging was broken in multiple places and screw and stand packaging was open. Internal packaging had cut tape too. But despite all of our worries when unpacking the heater, it was acceptable and once operational, proved to be more than satisfactory. It’s heat output is sufficient and fan noise is acceptable. Flame effects are great for such a low cost appliance.

Beautiful piece and works well. Although this was priced less compared to what I see a B&Q and other states, this is looking good in the TV unit and works very well. Good value for money.

Easy to install
This fire is really lovely, its not exactly 4ft so keep that in mind if you need it to fit an exact space. I’m very happy with it, it arrived on time and was well packaged up, it has 9 flame coloured settings to suit each mood. I would definitely recommend this purchass
