Prakhar Avasthi’s Inspiring Weight Loss Journey: A Story of Dedication and Transformation

Prakhar Avasthi, a former national-level hockey player, had always been a goal-oriented person. Within a week of following the suggested changes, Prakhar felt his energy levels rising. Sapna drew up a diet plan that focused on food already being cooked in Prakhar’s vegetarian home, using ingredients that were easily available. Home Workout Routine

Sreemanth asked Prakhar to invest in dumbbells, kettlebells, and a Swiss ball for best results. The workout plan was changed every 4-6 weeks to prevent Prakhar from hitting a weight loss plateau.

Success and Maintenance

Prakhar credits his trainers Sapna and Sreemanth for being vigilant and keeping him motivated. With their support, he lost 12 kg in 5 months, reaching a weight of 72 kg. Prakhar is now working towards maintaining his health and is keen to inspire others towards a healthier, fitter life. He believes that fitness is not something you have to follow, but rather how you must live your life.
