    Very Good domestic work platform
Impressive working platform for the price.Very lightweight and easy to assemble – although you need to rely on common sense as the packaged instructions are in poor English. The optional stabilisers are a must-have as it otherwise gets quite wobbly at 3m off the ground; an extra £99, but well worth it!

Great product, simple to construct and sturdy with the 4 outriggers
Instructions are well made but you need some common sense. First of all the wheels need the shorter J bolts to secure them and put the j part of the hook in from the top. Add one side of the top red rails before you mount the top vertical side and then make sure you have the trapdoor at the other side as you cant reach those mounting points sitting in the trap door. There are no instructions for the out riggers in 5m but the7m instruction’s say to use the pins with spring to secure them but they were not delivered with the out riggers – use the ones with the ground spikes ! The tower is reasonable sturdy so lang as you use the outriggers and have the blue strengthened connected as shown in the instructions. Overall a good well made product and reasonable instructions. Ps I received 2 spare wing nuts which was a plus 😀

    Good for DIY, slightly unstable
Bought to paint 1st floor weatherboarding on 1795 converted MaltingsHeight – as describedAssembly – simple and well explained, all elements lightAccess – through the hatch, inside the tower good (once the knack of opening the hatch, climbing the frame, entering through the hatch and closing the hatch is developed anyway. Much safer than trying to reach the working platform from outside the towerMoving – easy on a hard surface, but may need partial disassembly on rough groundStability – OK with the braces fixed, but I tied off to the building. I’d recommend the optional outriggers for something approaching maximum height. And read the manual and watch the YouTube vids they do help in the assembly processPerfect for the job, right price – recommended

    Buy the outriggers!
A bit brown pants when you get up top, as wobbles and shakes a bit, so have bought a couple of outriggers to go with it. Tip: buy outriggers! The blue support struts had the wrong size holes, for fitting, so company sent replacements within 48 hours and told me to keep the originals. Excellent customer care. Very light, so easy to move. Great price. Easy to store, once dismantled. Easy to assemble.

Be Careful – The platform height is not the height quoted. Check in the details.
I bought this after browsing this on my mobile phone. For some reason the page refresh skipped over the details matrix that gives the platform height of this 4.5m platform as only 3m. The 4.5m height is plastered all over the advert’s description, images and big label on the box. The only place 3m is mentioned is in the details matrix. As such it is not much higher than a conventional ladder. It also does not come with any stabilisers (which would cost more the the whole scaffold by themselves). If you do need to send it back for a refund, it would cost £115, so that is a non-starter. So have ended up with a useless item. My advice is scour Gumtree for the many adds that sell proper galvanised demountable scaffolding for a much lower price. These are also more sturdier and have a bigger platform. They can also be easily adapted to get to greater heights by adding just a few sections. You’ll note the ‘expander pack’ for this one is prohibitively expensive. Hope this helps someone avoid the same mistake I made.

  6. Pooky

OK as long as your ground is level
Beware. I called this company and asked if they sell Adjustable Base Plates for their tower. They don’t, and as far as I can see because the tower leg has a 46mm collar at the base, other Adjustable Base Plates will not fit!

  7. Will Machin

Really good quality product and a very reasonable price
We bought this for some home decorating – wooded beams in a high vaulted ceiling. We looked at the price of hiring scaffolding and decided that this might make more sense (be more of an investment). The scaffold itself was easy to put together but my husband found it easier to do this off the picture rather than the instructions. I’m not great at heights but I soon got used to clambering up and down and felt very confident that the scaffold was very secure and stable. Much much safer than using a ladder against a wall.

Fazit: Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung.

  9. HB

Leicht zusammenzubauen ,auch allein. Dank geringen Eigengewicht gut handelbar.

  10. Ricco Günther

Höher und stabiler als ich dachte !

  11. Reinhard Kronemeyer
