Fairly easy to use and set up. We have big house with stone walls and the second phone picks up the signal from the base set and works perfectly. The last BT phone we had kept breaking up in the bedroom. The buttons are large which makes it more user friendly. There is plenty of storage space for friends, relatives and business contacts. If one compares prices then its value for the money spent.
