    Well produced, clear to read even in a darker recess, magnet holds well.The dial responds accurately and quickly. Paint doesnt peel on the dial like on some other brands.Good value for money.

    A must have for wood-burning stove.
    We were advised by our chimney sweep to get a thermometer to monitor our woodburner’s temperature and this does the job perfectly. It sticks firmly onto the flue with its powerful magnet and the temperature is easily read from within the room because of the 3 coloured zones. Since using this we no longer have to clean the glass window of the woodburner every day because we can keep the temperature at an optimal level. Very pleased with this product which arrived quickly and works well.

    Does the job great. Though I note the needle is exposed and not within a housing like others I have used, so I suppose it’s a bit more vulnerable to someone poking the needle and destroying the calibration, but then you’re not really going to be touching something that’s 200 deg C and it is easier to read the needle when it’s not partly covered I suppose. A cheap item that does the job.

    Suprisingly useful – saves money on fuel use
    Simple yet effective – have stuck it on the chimney pipe and now monitor fuel use much more effectively. Gives a visual cue as to when to adjust the vents and when to add more fuel. The amount of $$$ that I have saved on coal and wood is more than the cost of one of these…..

    Great product at a good price
    Looked at the reviews prior to buying this product and very pleased with it so far, the magnet sticks the thermometer to flue perfectly, (word of advice it is worth checking with a magnet before purchase that your flue is of a magnetic material) it gives accurate readings which for a beginner like myself to log burners make it so easy to know when to stop adding logs in order to prevent overheating or when to add more logs to prevent the stove from slumbering. Would definitely recommend

    I stuck this on the flue of our log burner, the magnet holds it just fine. It has really helped me get the log burner working at the ideal temperature. Now I have a cleaner burn and less build up of soot on the glass and sides.

    個体差でたまたまハズレを引いたのかもしれませんが、届いた商品は全く役に立ちませんでした。具体的には、薪ストーブに火を入れた状態で本商品を天板の上に置いた瞬間、どんどん目盛りが上昇し、そのまま目盛りが最高温度（900℃）を振り切りましたｗ非接触型の放射温度計も持参していたので、そちらでも測ると「260～300℃」の範囲内・・・キャンプ用の薪ストーブで天板温度が「900℃」以上になることは流石にありえないかなと・・・。デザインは悪くないし、放射温度計と違って電池もいらず、アナログな商品なので、取り扱い自体に気を遣わず楽なのですが・・・温度計として使えないとこの金額で意味ないですね。商品は返品・商品代は返金して頂きました。

    Have used the JossaColar Wood Stove Thermometer for a few fires now and so far it is working great! Initially, I did not think I would need two, but now I’m glad to have both.Easy to tell at a glance if your fire needs to be hotter or if it is too hot. Takes the guesswork out of getting the most optimal fire. Works especially well for me since my stove does not have a glass door or viewing window so the only way I can tell if my fire is dying quickly is by using the thermometer.The magnet base makes it easy to stick it on the stove. The magnet is strong enough that the thermometer stays in place, but with the flip-up handle is easy to move around easily.The only complaint I would have is one of the thermometers in the 2 pack has faded in color after a few fires, but the functionality is not affected. Honestly would not even of noticed if I didn’t have another one to compare to, does not bother me personally, but buyer beware that colors could fade.Would Highly recommend it to others, worthy of a 5-star review.
