What’s the point if you have to have drinking water to begin with every use?
Not really sure what the point of this is?Instructions state “when dry wash with drinking water.. don’t use with salt, polluted or contaminated water”. Is this not supposed to be for emergencies where you dont have clean water?

Bought for a camping trip. See the ads for clean water from the dirtiest to begin. Iâm not sure how dirty the water is in the ads, but ours was pretty dirty. Did an ok job. As tolerable and obviously works in a pinch. May need to boil after filtering.
