Good quality log book. People doing more than 10 exercises in one session will need to use two pages. There are a lot of pages in the log. Those who do more than two activities specifically for cardio will also need to use more than one page. Handy pen holder too. Good log book.

This is great to track you exercise log. It has plenty room for different exercises and spce for 6 sets and weight training it has space to record you measurements for 12 weeks so you can see your progress great little book all round
