The yellow flashlight’s hand crank is harder to turn/crank then the black one’s are. For whatever reason both are more difficult to crank that are yellow, probably a different model despite the fact the only visible difference is the color.Haven’t water tested it, don’t want to unless I need to I suppose. Hoping they hold up well in extreme cold & hot temperatures for storage spaces. Will update either way.Not extremely bright, honestly thankfully some flashlights are far to bright these days with no option to tone down the brightness. But they are still LED bright, not white or yellow dull. Plenty of light out of each one to see very clearly but not spotlight type bright light. LED flashlight bright in a normal, non blinding way. Good backup for outdoor activities, not sure I’d choose it as my primary. Definitely more for emergency use or here & there outdoor stuff.Clip seems sturdy, didn’t expect that from the images. Not flimsy light, a little weight to them. Good deal & good buy.

These little flashlights are pretty good. The solar charge is not so great as a full day in the sun only gets you an hour or two of bright light, though the low light can last quite a while. It very dim but will actually last overnight. The hand-cranking works much better, with a minute of moderately fast cranking will get you ten good minutes of bright light (longer for dim light). Not a bad deal at 4 for $20.
