Nice to see an extra clip provided cos they can be easily lost if youâre not careful. Great range of settings for power. Takes up no space at all and very easy to use. Ideal for starting at the lower range and building up the power level as you get more confidence.

I have had mine since 22 July 25 everything going great until 3 days ago when my exerciser has developed a squeak when pushing the arms together, this squeak appears to be in the cylinder. Have informed the company am waiting to hear what their feedback/ response is going to be.

Der Power-Twister ist kompakt nicht so schwer.Macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Das Gerät liegt sehr gut in der Hand, kippt nicht, auch hier der Vorteil, nichts kann man Einklemmen, oder sich verletzen. Alle Ãbungen sind mit gewisser Leichtigkeit auszuführen. Der Drehknopf zur Stärke Einstellung ist leicht bedienbar. Der Twister lässt sich leichter bedienen als bzw. die Königsfeder, alle Ãbungen auch hinter dem Rücken ist relativ einfach, nach jeder Ãbung merkt man die Muskeln, man kann fast sagen die Muskeln wachsen innerhalb kurzer Zeit sehr schnell, mit dem entsprechenden Training.
