Great Electric Fireplace
I wanted to replace my slightly boring electric fireplace with something more eye catching and modern. I chose this one as i saw i could control it via an app from anywhere (which works brilliantly), the amount of colour options, and the price. Heats up the room nicely although I feel the thermostat displays a couple of degrees off – it will display 22′ whilst my Hive will display 20′. No issue as I just offset. Looks really nice and you can control brightness of flames, speed of flames, 20 odd colours, can set to display only with no heat, set a temperature, and set a timer (hours until switch off). Lots of display crystals in the box too.

Cant remove front glass
I installed this fireplace but I can not remove the front glass,I took out all the screws but still can not remove it still.Can someone please help me thanks.Linked is a video of it.

Purchased for a renovation. Beautiful piece. It has many colors to choose from and it does put out the heat. The mobile app was easy to connect once I figured out that you needed to press and hold the button on the front AFTER you power the unit off from the front. The app is easy to use, but you have to have the child lock on to power it on from the app.We unboxed it past the return window and we noticed the fan was quite loud. Loud enough to have to turn the tv volume up. I reached out to the seller for advice on the situation. They responded within a couple of hours requesting proof of purchase and a video of the described noise. I sent them the information. I do hope that the fan isn’t just that loud because that would be a deal breaker for me. It’s the equivalent to the sound of a box fan. I searched the reviews and can’t find any mention of fan noise, so I believe maybe something got affected during shipping. 4 stars because of the noise. But it’s otherwise a 5-star fireplace if the noise can be remedied and the customer service does not disappoint. I’ll come back to post my resolution.After an email conversation with customer service over several days (due to time difference) they have arranged to ship me a new unit. I did originally ask if they could simply send a replacement fan part. Their response was quite prompt given our time difference. They were easy to work with, cordial and understanding of the situation. They told me to keep the defective unit. I assume it’s not worth the return shipping cost. I’ll check back in once the unit is received. 5 days. I do hope that this new unit does not sound like box fan on high.

What I like:The price.The packaging.Build quality seems good.Heater works nice.Variety of colored flame to choose from.Dimmable.Timer button.Remote.What I don’t like.The flames don’t look as good as they do in the ad, however they DO look better in person than they appear in my video. The images shown in the add I would give their flames a solid 10/10, when actually the flames are closer to a 5/10, in my video I would only rate them a 1 or 2. For whatever reason they do not photograph or video well, even with an IPhone 15Pro Max.They shipped with some nice crystal media to place on the bottom of the fireplace to diffuse the LED lights, I did not install the crystals when I took the video, but I would imagine doing so would definitely add to the appearance.I was torn between this unit for $200, and another u it for $550, I ordered them both. The other unit arrives in 2-3 days. I will update this review when the other product arrives to let you know if I think the other unit was better, and if so, was a better amount to warrant a price tag nearly 3x as much. Overall, for $200, this is a nice addition to any home, but don’t expect it to look as good as it does in their ad.

I don’t often give reviews but I am so excited about this fireplace that I have to. I am a 65 year old female and while it would be much easier to put together and hang with 2 people, I was able to do it by myself fairly easy. The only negative is in the instructions where it says to remove 6 screws to take the glass off…. It doesn’t make it clear which screws as there are about 15 on each side…. You remove 3 on each side…1 that is connected to the hanging bar and 2 that are midway the glass area….I hope this helps someone because it is the first step and it cost me 20 minutes trying to figure that out 😩 Some reviews said they skipped this part…Now I know why…. But please don’t because this is where you add the crystals and they make it BEAUTIFUL!!.. Now for the rest of it I can’t think of enough great words to say about it! I put this in my sunroom which was converted from a porch.. it is about 180 sf and has 2 vents from my central heat…it has minimal insulation and 15 windows so it is always about 6 degrees colder than the rest of my house but is my favorite room and I practically live in there😂. The heat on this thing is awesome…I put it on 72 while I keep the rest of the house at 68. It comes on and off as it reaches the temp I have it set for…. AND THE APP!!!!!….OMG AWESOME!….I wake up and grab my phone and cut the heat on…go to the bathroom…go make my coffee…. Head to the sunroom and it’s already getting warm…Love It!!…. Now for the looks…It is stunning…My pics do it no justice…. It is relaxing and peaceful to look at….I had compared fireplaces for weeks until I was nauseated😂….I came across this one and it was an Amazon choice and it was on sale with great reviews so I bit the bullet and am so glad I made the right choice…. Get it…You’ll be glad you did😊
