Does not have any taste and works well
I have never used gut supplements before so I have nothing to compare it to. However, I didn’t expect anything from it either and I must say I understand the hype. My gut is not bloated at all I am regular now and feel less hunger and cravings too and I have only been using it for 4 days so these results are only after 4 uses. Only Downside is I blend it with water and it takes alot of effort to blend it. It does go lumpy.

This is a game changer for sluggish bowels, I initially bought the sweetened one, but was way too sweet for my taste. I added this to porridge, homemade soups etc.Only downside was the expensive price 🫤

Eased my tummy issues immediately! I ordered the unflavoured option as I mix it with fruits and/or peanut butter and milk to make a smoothie. It mixes very well and is easy to use. I have reordered it several times now as it is now a regular part or my diet.

I bought this with great expectations. I have been taking this for six days to help with digestion and it just have set like concrete in my gut.I’ve had to take laxative to clear it out my system.So this is definitely not for me
