Great customer service and great product. I got the Safetag Mag 4G and the 10 second option. Setting up consisted of very little, just creating a login and clicking on purchase a plan. I am amazed how much more accurate and reliable it is than my old 2G tracker. I haven’t seen a single dropout yet. The app is more or less the same as the web interface, and both have everything you need. The main map shows a ‘blob’ on the map for current position. You can choose the shape of the marker, which changes colour when moving or stopped. You can optionally click on a icon to show a trail of where you have been for this session/journey, also showing colour difference for each point a reading was taken and if you were still or moving. Clicking on the “blob” open a dialog with more details, such as current/last speed and even current address and post code.Instead of the map tracker page, there is an easily accessed history page. This has a scrollable list of journey and journey segments, with time and date. You can select one or more of the items and a traced path is shown on the map, again with details available at a click.Adding new trackers, changing account details etc can be done easily from the online web page. I signed up for an initial one month, Europe, and 10 second update for 7.99 ukp. The 7 day free trial then kicked in so no money is taken until the end of that 7 days. During that period I have been assessing the service, having been informed by the (excellent) support team that you can change any detail, like area covered, payment period and update time at anytime you like. I’m delighted with service and am now going to upgrade to Europe, yearly payment, and 10 second update for 80 ukp equates to more or less the cost of a sim 2G service from most providers. For this I am getting a fast, accurate service which is dead easy to setup and manage. The unit itself actually has an on/off button, charges from a USB-C lead, and has indicators for 4G locked, GPS locked, charging and fully charged. Accuracy of each reported position is around 5m or better and latency around 100m or so at town driving speeds. Looking at history of a trip round town, it was easy to see which side of the road it was on.No hesitation at all in recommending this device and it’s service and support.

Para que funcione aceptablemente bien, hay que suscribirse al plan de los más caros, 7,99€. mes. El estacionamiento lo marca en el mapa exactamente, pero los recorridos no son muy exactos, pero son aceptables. La cuota mensual la veo muy cara. Hay otra más barata de 5,99€ pero tanto el estacinamiento como los recorridos no tienen ninguna exactitud. Lo comuniqué a la empresa y gratuitamente me enviaron otro SafeTag, éste funciona bastante mejor que el anterior. La atención posventa es estupenda, te atienden extraordinariamente bien y te aclaran todas las dudas que tengas.
