    Perfect! These are ideal for me as I’m starting up my mini trampoline exercise (dancing on it) and using this with it is great for the arms.I like to fabric on them. It means to get a good grip anywhere and they feel cushioned in your hands. Very comfortable to use. I went for the lime green so I can always spot them!Even if you just want to do arm exercises at home, sitting watching TV these will do the job. Very impressed for the price and very glad I went with this slimline style that doesn’t have huge bulk on the hands and non/slip grip.All of my reviews are 100% honest and my own opinions.     Excellent small weights. Following surgery l couldn’t weightlift. I needed exercise but was limited to walking. These small weights allowed me to walk and carry these. I was surprised at how much muscle tone l was able to maintain despite being in my mid 60s.
