The wire for plugging in is faulty and also has a European plug. I bought an adapter but doesn’t work.Would of been much handier if there was an option to be sent a replacement wire as trying to return it is going to be difficult

So I got it May 27 today is June 12 and now when I get on it the top plate on one side tips down and I don’t get even vibration out of both sides. So disappointed as I loved it for the first two weeks now I have to get a better built one
