    Very sturdy
    Bought this to bolstered my home office door. As lovely as my grown up family is, they often pop in to ask me something right in the middle of a meeting or a phone call. So this makes them pause, knock and wait. Sturdy, effective and perfect for it’s use. Easy to assemble and a brilliant alternative to fitting a door lock.

    Seems really well made and sturdy. Easily adjusts within the range specified and can be used for standard doors, windows, and sliding glass. Quickly adjusts to 24” or so size for storage.

    Easy to put on the door at night and holds (we’ve tried form outside). Just gives a sense of security. Very reasonably priced, fits well, good quality and doesn’t leave an indentation in the floor.

    Item was as described, delivered quickly, and easy to assemble. Rubber foot gripped well and did not slip on hard tile floor. “Y” hold for doorknob fit securely, and kept door from opening. Tested with considerable force, and successfully prevented entry even with unlocked doorknob.Overall a reliable product for a reasonable price.

    I was attending a week-long workshop in the U.S. and felt nervous about my accommodation because of the media reports. The hosts assured me the area was safe—and it was—but I’m still glad I bought this device. I purchased two, but only brought one due to the weight (it’s a bit heavy if luggage limits matter). It worked perfectly on the door, felt solid and well-built, and even my husband commented on the great quality. If you have any concerns while traveling, this tool is absolutely worth carrying with you.

    Je suis satisfaite du produit, il fait bien son travail et renforce ma porte. Je l’ai testé en demandant à mon copain d’essayer d’entrer, ça a bien bloqué l’accès. Après je pense qu’en forçant très fort on peut réussir à entrer, mais vu le bruit que cela ferait on aurait le temps de s’en rendre compte ! De plus, comme je l’ai fait remarquer à mon copain avec humour, la barre est assez lourde pour s’en servir d’arme de défense en cas d’intrusion. Petit bonus pour le côté girly rose.
