Great healthy treats Toby loves them
Great treats very healthy and tiny enough to not be the same as a mars bar to us Lots in a bag so last well and Toby really loves them Heâs a hyper little dog so we buy mainly the calming ones Not sure about calming but well worth the cost for a really healthy treat

Good for dogs with meat allergies
Iâm all for insect based treats especially as so many dogs have allergies these days. The treats are a good small size so easy to give, they also break up nicely so you can make them go even further if you want. They have an orange smell to them which is quite pleasant although not all dogs might like that, if your dog does like them they would be great for sniffing games as easy to pick up the scent of them when hidden. There is a good amount in the packet so worth the money.I tested these on 17 dogs – 14 dogs ate them immediately no hesitation, 2 would not touch them and 1 did take the treat but spat it out after biting into it. Overall they seem decent to me, minimal ingredients plus some valerian in there for calming. I would only get these again if I had a dog or foster dog who had allergies. I bulk buy forthglade treats and all the dogs eat these without any refusing.

Small Sized Treats That Do Seem To Have A Slight Calming Influence
It took maybe two of these before my dog (a Boston Terrier), warmed up to them. She was initially very excited by the rustle of the new bag, knowing treats lay within. The bag was a bit difficult to open as the “easy-tear” strip didn’t tear far enough and so I still couldn’t open the bag. In the end I had to get some scissors to cut very close to the resealable section to finally get the bag open. The treats inside are small, circular shapes with a slight grainy texture. Now that she is more comfortable eating them, (the first was pushed around the floor and then subsequently left for a good few hours), I do find they make her slightly calmer after she’s had one. This then brings me onto the slightly mixed messages, as if I was doing some training, I want her to be alert, so giving her these would seem counter intuitive in my opinion. Therefore these are going to be given as a calming reward at the end of a session or after a good walk instead.
