Love this vest! Such good quality! It feels heavy getting it out of the box, but the weight is evenly distributed making it comfortable to wear. I got the 18lb, and will be purchasing the heavier one. Im 48kg.

Confortable fit but you can feel that it is working your muscles a lot more than a normal walk! Seems durable but early days. Good quality, adjustable. Bit sore on the shoulders and backof my neck but I think that will ease with more use.

Good for improving strength running on shorter distances
Excellent for slowing my pace to match my girlfriends whilst running. Really feel it in the quads after some inclines. Excellent strength training whilst running.Only negative the straps tend to bounce causing bruising to the chest. Design would be in proved with some small adjustable straps under the armpit

An easy way to turn a walk into a workout!
You can get a snug but comfortable fit with the adjustable side straps and you can remove some of the weighted pouches to adjust the weight of the vest if necessary. Don’t overestimate how much weight you can handle as I was surprised at how heavy mine was and I picked the middleweight vest! Although soft and padded, I did find the vest cut into the trapezium (between shoulders and neck) with prolonged wear but it does seem to ease as your body adapts over time. I could certainly feel the muscles in my legs, glutes, and torso aching the day after use, so it does stimulate the muscles. A great alternative to the gym if you like long walks!

Excellent weight vest
This weight vests is excellent! I’m a uk size 20 and was worried about fit but there are good long straps that adjust easily. I want on a cross trainer with it and there was minimal movement. I have kept all the weights in but they are easily removed.The product looks and feels to be good quality and there are no rough edges. You can swing your arms freely without any rubbing.This is a great vest and if I manage to keep my regime up I may even go up to the next weight of this vest. Definitely recommend.

Expensive for what it is and loose fitting
This is quite expensive for what it is. I found the fit was too loose also so it moved around way more than i feel it should. It’s a nice weight though and if i wasn’t trying to run in it then i’m sure it would be much better. I won’t be using this for the use intended which is a shame given the cost. I’ve been wearing it on walks which is more tolerable but obviously has less of a benefit.

This is very well made, comfortable and I like that the weights are adjustable. The reflectors are an asset in evening. The padded shoulder straps are comfortable and don’t dig in my shoulders. The Velcro is fastened tightly and the pouch for keys, etc. is a bonus!

Pris pour mon fils qui fait du basket et a besoin de prendre en masse pour se faire moins chahuter dans la raquette…Le gilet est parfait pour ses routines quotidiennes, il tient bien en place et apporte un reel challenge sur les exercices tels que les pompes, abdos etc…Sur la barre de traction c’est selon lui le top !(Attention à déconseiller vivement pour les burpees et autres exercices de corde à sauter).Il y a une possibilité de progressivité réelle dans la mise en place du lest, mais soyons francs, il faut être un minimum affûté avant de prétendre l’enfiler, même au niveau minimum.La qualité de fabrication n’attire aucune critique.
