It is easy to put together and looks nice and sturdy. For me it is a bit heavy to lift and does not fit under a sofa unless you have a big space there. Doesnât have different speeds and i guess it works better since you need to use your own weight. I uswd it twice now and i like it. My legs do hurt.

Ein klasse teil, hätte nicht gedacht das ich es länger nutze aber nun nach über einer woche gehörts zur routine, abends vor dem fernseher entspannt 100 steps oder auch mal mehr, mittlerweile kein thema! Das Gerät lies sich super easy innerhalb 10 Minuten aufbauen und ist auch bei der benutzung recht leise. Die rollen und alles habe ich direkt geölt da ich das bei allem mache um es zu schonen. Alles in allem bin ich mehr als zufrieden und wenn man mal den bogen raus hat kann es echt anstrengend sein. Kann es jedem nur empfehlen!

Die Lieferung erfolgte relativ schnell, der Aufbau des Gerätes war ein Kinderspiel, selbst für Anfänger und menschen die Handwerklich weniger geschickt sind. Es lässt sich auch zusammen klappen und so gut verstauen, nimmt also wenig Platz weg. Das Training mit dem Gerät macht Spaà und ich würde sagen es bringt was.Meine Persönliche Meinung, im gegensatz zu anderen Geräten ist dieses ein Must Have für den Sport zuhause.
