Fantastic and just the right size.
This is amazing. Just what we needed. We are using it freestanding in a little outbuilding but it would look lovely set into a well too. The option to switch between colours and effects easily is great and the fireplace looks and feels lovely in any setting. Perfect heat and the fact work nice and quietly. I bought this electric fireplace a couple of weeks ago and it has completely transformed the blank space above my television. The 40-inch model tucks neatly into a recess beneath the screen, though it can just as easily stand on the supplied base, its piano-black glass surround catching the light.Changing the mood takes seconds. One tap on my phone and I can swap between a traditional log bed or a scattering of clear crystals, then cycle through a dozen different flame colours until the glow matches the room. Heat output shifts from 750 to 1,500 W and, because the app works over Wi-Fi, I can do all my tweaking without leaving the sofa.Our lounge is about 35 square metres and the heater banishes the chill in no time. On milder evenings I switch the heating element off, leaving the embers dancing quietly on their own. There is an automatic cut-out if the unit gets too warm, plus a timer that shuts everything down after up to eight hours, so I am not constantly checking on it.In short, it looks fantastic, spares me the bother of hauling real logs indoors, and feels sturdily made. Mounting options are straightforward and, unlike most remotes that end up ignored in a drawer, this one responds first time every time.
