Sturdy tool, handy for the garden
I’ve had this for a month now, I’ve found it very useful for jobs when I’m low to the ground, particularly with the harder soil in my garden as the mattock part breaks it apart easily and the pick is good for any bits of rubble, I even managed to use it to clean the edge of a path where the cement had risen and chipped that bit off to make a coean cut.As for build quality it feels strong and even when hitting hardened concrete, stones and bricks its remained strong and unchipped, the weakest part feels like it would be the handle, but even this feels very strong, its coated in a varnish too but still has a firm grip to it.overall I’d recommend this for anyone who wants to clear small areas of ground that a trowel just wouldn’t suffice, or needs to break small areas of rocky or stony ground, especially in tighter spaces a full sized pick would struggle.

    Garden pick.
Handy tool for tilling and breaking up lump in the garden .

  3. Wendy McLean

    Good quality, easy to use
The soil in our garden is full of rocks and stones. I have tried to use a larger pick axe before but too unwieldy. This tool is the right size and weight and does the job. It has made it a lot easier for me to dig out large enough holes to plant the larger specimens I have been waiting to put in.Lovely quality, delivered in two pieces but easy to put the metal head on the wooden handle.

  4. Michael Nkyi

    Poor and deceptive
Was surprised how small it is and don’t think the value of money it deserves

  5. Alisha travis

    Small
Good tool was handy for small areas that were stubborn to break up in garden and helped to get roots out .

  6. M

    Attractive and very handy
I’ve got a lot more use out of this than I expected. It’s great for breaking up hard ground, but it’s also good for making seed drill rows, weeding, lifting slabs and stones, and other general work around the garden. The blade is nicely made and polished, and the handle is very smooth but easy to grip. Fitting the blade is easy enough and while it’s not a totally snug fit it definitely stays put. The balance is good and overall it’s surprisingly light. Good quality and good value.

Este pico me salvó la vida! He podido plantar 5 árboles frutales cavando 5 hoyos profundos y llenos de piedras.
