Great product, beginning or long term
I’m used to jotting down sets reps etc in my phone but found I’d get distracted, this has helped me focus more and now I keep my phone locked away or on do not disturb.This was great for keeping track of all my sessions, I could also go back to previous weeks to see how far I’ve com, also I’ve got into the habit of writing sessions down for up and comin days so I keep my self accountable by not missing them.As I train at various gyms around the UK some weights are Lbs or KG so I’m able to categories locations and work out my conversion whilst prioritising my progressive over load without a big jump in weight and ruining my workout.Very versatile and A6 is just the right size doesn’t feel to big I can slip it into my pocket, no issue.Will be ordering a few more once this one is full!Great price, it gets thrown around, liquid chalk all over it and a few spilt shakes on it… still in one piece very robust.

Such an underrated accessory for the gym!
Perfect to write things down and track your progress over a period of time. I got one for me and my friend and weâre always excited after our sessions to log our progress. The pages are clear and have enough space for what you want to write down, for me itâs better and more productive than using an app on your phone. The actual material quality of the book is very high too!

Nice book, pen didnt work.
I am really pleased with the book, it is a really nice good quality product, everything about it feels premium. It is a sturdy hardback, the perfect size, and is backed in a high quality material. It has plenty of pages, comes with an inbuilt ribbon bookmark and elasticated sheath to keep the book closed.The only reason I have given the book 4 stars and not 5 is because the matching pen that comes with the book did not work at all. A shame because like the book, the pen felt like a premium item, it had a good weighty heft to it (solid metal), a smooth twist top mechanism and felt robust, however no matter how much I scribbled with it I could not get it to write. Considering the price of the items compared to other similar products, I would expect the pen to work. Still not the end of the world I have other pens.

Very well made, a good design, not too big it will fit easily in your pocket or gym bag.Page design is well thought out headed boxes nice and clear and an added bonus af a nice pen that slides in the side of the journal .Would recommend.

Bit limited for columns in the workout section
Well made note book. Doesn’t give enough space to notes. Not enough spaces for a work out using more than 7 exercises. Cardio section is only good for two activities. The note book is a practical size.

Having a good physical workout journal is integral to my consistency. I wanted something less conspicuous than the notebook-sized one I had been using and this fit the bill. It has just enough space for a solid circuit workout and is easy to travel with! I switched out the pen that came with it because it was a bit heavy and I prefer an erasable frixion pen but the one that came with it is super nice too!
