Good addition to your gym routine
This is a really good addition to the gym. My son uses it too. It’s easy to adjust the lbs. And as you get stronger the more you can increase it. I’m not quite at the maximum just yet. But not far off now. You can feel it really working the muscles.

Great bit of kit- however mine is now leaking
I love this bit of kit. It is easy to put in car and use in hotel rooms when staying away with work. Love the power however mine has started leaking now which is a shame. Seen a fix on line by putting water in it but not so sure about that. Looks like have to buy another now!!!

I tried the original single spring twisting chest expander many years ago which had dangerous rebound. This has little if any ‘rebound’ as it uses hydraulic cylinder which absorbs both compression & tension.
