I purchased these after a year of stomach troubles and intolerances. I’ve been taking them a month but stopped as I was still having stomach problems every now and then so stopped taking them to see if it’s better without and so far it’s showing it is. Perhaps these are too strong for my body so will try a lower dose one.

Firstly, the bottle is way too big for the amount of capsules. This could definitely be made smaller. Secondly, stop stating it is a 2 month supply. It is not if you you take the recommended 2 capsules per day. They do seem to be helping with the bloating and generally with everything they are meant to.

My fitness and diet coach recommended this to me about a year ago. It definitely keeps me regular which helps reduce gas. I’ve struggled with regular bowel movements all my life – once or twice a week was normal for me. Once I started taking this product, I began having daily movements. I recently stopped taking this for about a month in hopes of finding something cheaper and the daily movements immediately stopped. Probiotics are very confusing but as a woman with occasional UTIs and other feminine woes, I have taken various strains before but found the cost to be prohibitive. I can tell you I’ve done the research and looked everywhere for something with this many strains and CFUs and it doesn’t exist for this price. I showed to my gastroenterologist recently and he was impressed so now have this setup on auto-subscription.

So been on it for 2 weeks last week had surgery so couldn’t take anything even my pantoprazole which I’ve been on for years which made me nervous I can’t go a day but had to next day I was still hurting and out of it so didn’t take pantoprazole again that night I realized I’d gone 2 days no pantoprazole free. Here it is 1 week still haven’t taken a pantoprazole only thing that changed was this probiotic so I’m very happy to get off the pantoprazole this stuff is doing great I’ll update if something changes
