New Phone after many years!
Difficult to review when I’ve only had it 48 hours and it takes 16 to charge the batteries. However set up was easy. The phone is small, also the screen when not backlit! I previously had a large digit BT phone and hadn’t realised the difference. Now to spend the next few months building its phone list. I have done one and someone left an answer phone message with no problems. Appears very good value for the price.

Mmm, they’re ok. Wish now I’d spent a bit more for better quality phones. Sound clarity could be better, time and date don’t appear on display and the choice of ring tones sound much of the same. Not a ‘solid’ feel to the handset.If all you’re after is twin handset with no frills then this will do the job.

A nice compact unit, even if it’s quite light weight but it’s a phone at the end of the day.!!Read the instructions and you’ll be fine, once you understand how the buttons&base work you’ll be fine.First thing – I Wish I could transfer my contacts from old phone or cell phone to this one, not possible, but not a deal breaker either, I will put them into my new BT phone when i have the time.A bit limited regarding ring tones, only 4 or 5 to choose from and they could be better but it’s just a landline phone, as long as it rings, who cares.I didn’t have to contact my ISP to set up my answer machine like the instructions suggest you might have to, I simply plugged it into the filter coming directly out of the box on the wall and set up handset, and bobs your uncle.Any problems call the BT helpline, I’m sure they will help you sort it out. The number is on the instruction pamphlet.I haven’t spoken to anyone on it yet, I still need to give everyone my number, but I called myself from my cell phone to check if it worked and it sounds clear an the answer machine works perfectly, great option to have for the price.Would I buy again? “For the amount i use a landline” definitely yes.! Its light but does the job.No problems, glad i have the second phone, it’s mostly for calling the Dr and other appointments which i sometimes have to wait on hold for ten minutes for them to answer and that costs me a fortune on my cell phone.! The calls on this will be much cheaper.This is cheaper, landline to landline, light weight for those long calls.Leave personalized answer message if that’s your thing.And play back any messages when you get home from your built in answer machine.All good for £ thirty something bucks.

Extremely dire customer service
I had this phone delivered on the 02/08/25 by the end of October it had stopped working I had bt come out and checked the line and it turns out itâs the connection socket that goes into the base so it was changed for a new cable which I purchased and it is the actual port as if you wriggle the cable about it cuts in and out ,I have contacted the seller 2 or 3 times with no response itâs supposed to have a years warranty so if I was you I would avoid buying from them

So disappointed that the connections for this phone were UK based when selling to Ireland. Not good enough. Defeats the whole purpose of online buying. .
