Won’t tear your paper
When I first used it – it was on an art panel which was probably not what it was designed for and I thought it wasn’t very sticky. However, have since used it on my paper for painting watercolours and it is perfect. This definitely won’t tear your paper like the masking tape I have been using!

Does what it says on the wrapper
I hesitated before buying this tape having read some critical reviews. Maybe the manufacture is variable and I was just lucky, but I had no problems using this to mask my watercolours. I used it on rough paper and removed some of the tackiness by pressing it down along my desktop before applying it. It masked the area effectively and was easy to remove without tearing. It was not left in place for long and no hairdryer was used to speed up drying the wash.

Not Artist Tape
I realised too late that I had already purchased this brand with poor results. The tape was waterproof when applied to watercolour paper. However, the big problem was removing the tape. It was not left on the paper for long and was removed carefully but part of the paper came away with the tape. I have thrown both reels in the bin. Waste of money again.

Tears off paper
Stated that itâs a artist tape for paper. After testing for 1min, completely ruined snd ripped off the paper. Works same as any other masking tape. Waste of money. Hope to get the refund

This is NOT artist tape! I have been an illustrator for almost 25 years and I know artist’s tape. This is a terrible, low-quality MASKING tape that stuck terribly to the paper. It tore up my Arches paper and the tape shredded into little bits as I was trying to remove it from a painting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Hab es wirklich nur ganz leicht fixiert, beim späteren Entfernen (30 Min.) hat es mr mein Aquarellpapier sehr unschön aufgerissen. Bin echt angep….
