Lightweight – Sharp picture and very good sound quality from such a small and slim TV.Easy to set up and lots of extra features that you may or may not need.Great value for money and reccommended for a small room.

Great TV, we have it as a spare in our bedroom and it is perfect , Clear picture , great sound and its tiny so fits in the niche we have . I was concerned it would be poor quality as i didnt know the name , i was wrong ! this little TV is better then the bush TV we had by a mile

Great video and sound but annoying setup
Very happy with picture and sound quality. Ecstatic at its dimensions which means it fits perfectly in the available niche. Not so happy with the LG operating system and during set up, the need to sign one’s soul away by agreeing to seemingly countless terms and conditions.

Very good TV
Excellent picture, good sound quality, great features (Apps) and very good value for money.The only downside is that the settings menu is rather complex to navigate and not really intuitive.For anyone like myself who generally watches traditional TV channels I would recommend adjusting the setting so that it goes straight to TV rather than the Home menu when you switch on. To do this:- Settings (gear wheel)- OK on gear wheel icon- General- System- Additional settings- Home settings- Power On Screen- Set to “Recent Input”Please note that this particular set is mains only, not 12V (the description may be misleading).

A poor Customer experience,start to finish.
It appeared to be an ace TV. Bought primarily for the built in Freesat tuner. The sound and picture are ace. The Freesat and Internet options tuned in champion.Howeverâ¦it was for a kids bedroom with a DvD player.All good so far, until trying to raise and lower the volume,with the DvD handset. Raising it fine,lowering it switched off the DVD player. Contacted Cello Customer Services by email and phone.Got told the devices must be on a similar infra Red frequency, and LG canât check every device for compatibility. Thereâs nowt they could do and Iâd have to try and mask the signal??????There is though!! It was sent back the next day via Amazon returns at ASDA. Another disaster, first attempt servers down, second attempt servers down. Third attempt success. Surly unhelpful Staff.Then informed itâs going to take 2 weeks, or more, for a refund. Itâs not that when the cash is ripped out of your account in seconds!!Overall.A very poor experience

A great tv for the kitchen.
This item was reduced in price as refurbished but I could find no errors or scratches on it at all.The tv has on screen instructions for setting it up. This took a good 15 to 20 minutes to go through all the processes and updates. It connected to the house wi fi system and my mobile phone with no difficulties.The picture, colour quality and sound quality is very good and it makes a great television for the kitchen. It has taken me a little while to get the programme I want but Iâm sure it will get easier.

Good TV for price.
I bought this for my bedroom as I wanted a smart TV that wasnât too big. Iâm very happy with the size.The picture is clear. It was easy to set up. There are more channels than my previous TV.I have a portable aerial in my bedroom and it struggled to pick up some channels on my old TV. I am using the same aerial for this TV and have no signal issues.Some reviewers have complained about the LG channels. There is a button for the normal TV guide; itâs the furthest left of the small grey circles on the screen directly beneath the âwebOSHubâ phrase. (I have included a photo of this.) There is also a larger blue square for ârecent inputâ. This will take you directly to the Normal TV guide if free view is what you were last watching. The LG channels are just an added bonus; I never watch them.Some have commented upon slowness of channel changing. It is slow, and fast clicking through isnât an option, which can be frustrating if youâre wanting to browse before choosing.The biggest frustration for me is the slowness of the TV guide. This takes an age to even load, and does so only a handful of channels at a time. You then scroll down five channels and have to wait for the loading process to repeat. I find this very frustrating and it would sometimes be quicker to google whatâs on.Having said that, itâs a great tv for the price. I have had no problems with the major streaming channels. The picture is sharp. No issues in using the remote control.Iâd recommend it if you can cope with the slowness in the guide loading.Edited to add:You can flick through the channels quickly like thisâ¦If, say, you are watching BBC1 and you click the channel up button on the remote, you can flick through them all quickly, one by one, and the channel names and programme details come up immediately. This can be done quickly, and makes for rapid browsing.
