Best fitness journal I’ve seen so far. Space for everything. Really good for if you are starting a weight loss journey or looking to build muscle, go through a bulk or cut and so on and gives you space to stick in a before and after photo. The only tiny tiny thing I would say is that it would benefit from having a few more of the “my starting point and results pages” as most people would likley have multiple goals once they reach their 1st. Though its very good for a start.

Based off of the pictures, I thought it would be bigger, but this is a good size for quick updates on the status of your workouts and to track your progression. The fact there are multiple options for colors is nice too, as color can act as a great motivator, especially if it’s your favorite color!
