Easy setup, great quality, and genuinely useful
This front and rear dash cam has really impressed me. The front camera was very easy to install and delivers good video quality, both during the day and at night. The rear camera works best when mounted externally, especially since a light comes on automatically when reversing at night, which helps illuminate through the rear glass.To keep the setup neat, I watched a YouTube video and ran the wires under the roof lining and carpet, so everything is tucked away and looks tidyâdefinitely worth the extra effort.Most importantly, the camera has already proven useful, capturing footage of an accident involving another driver. Itâs reassuring knowing I have that kind of evidence if needed.Highly recommend this dash cam setup if you’re looking for peace of mind and reliable coverage on the road.

rear camera requires screwing
The quality of the image is good and clear, the sim that arrived with the camera didn’t work, but after reaching the seller I was sent a replacement free of charge and quite quickly. the installation was simple and I managed to do it myself. I’m not using the rear camera because requires to drill or open a hole in the panel.the cables a good quality and long enough.

Plug and play.
This required no set up at all which the handbook suggested it may, initiallly I only connected the front camera to see how it was and after plugging it in and starting the car the camera turned on and started recording, turn the ignition off and it too turns off, really could not be easier. Even if it requires set up as suggested it is a few basic steps that are easy to follow.I connected the rear camera but did not connect it to a live feed from the handbrake which allegedly gives you a reversing camera view on the display screen with reversing guide lines, just not needed so not used but again it is quite simple to connect to a handbrake feed if the driver has reduced mobility in which case it is very useful, otherwise the rear camera too works well.When viewing the display, the main picture is the front facing camera and there is a small square in the top right of the screen showing what the rear camera is seeing, the little square for the rear is too small to practically view whats behind you or to use as a reversing camera without a feed from the handbrake but it is recording what is going on and obviously if viewed on a lap top screen in case of an insurance claim the image is excellent and very clear even at night or in low light.You do get a micro sd card but it is an unknown cheap brand so a slightly better card is a good idea although none seem to last more than 12 months in a car-cam anyway.This camera was cheap but is well made, works as well as a previously far more expensive car-cam I had a few years ago and installation and set up are very simple.I simply can not drive without a camera anymore than I would ride my bike naked, they are absolutely essential to prove fault in any motoring claim, without video evidence if it just one drivers word against anothers the insurance company will always go 50/50 regardless of actual blame (my Wife works in insurance) so a decent car-cam is essential and this is all you need.Very good and very happy to recommend it.

Over the moon with it. The screen could do with being a bit bigger to see when reversing, otherwise ticks all the boxes.

extremely bad
Had it since 2023.Good at the beginning but after a while. Buttons become faulty on its own. I can no longer change time or any settings!Very annoying. I thought it was good quality for its price but after reviewing the videos from time to time. It is so bad at night, I can’t even describe it. Even at day time, it can’t even read any number plates. Doesn’t pick up any audio so not sure if that is intentional as I also tried it on another computer but same issue.Have not tested Rear camera as I didn’t want to drill holes in my car.
