    PC with RTX 4070 OC → Denon AVR-X1800H → 55″ 4K TV
    Setup: PC with RTX 4070 OC → Denon AVR-X1800H → 55″ 4K TVI upgraded from an old Denon AVR-2310 (1080p era) because 4K called for something fresher.Sound: Running a simple 5.1 setup with Monitor Audio speakers. It sounds great—clear, solid, and immersive.Setup Experience: Pretty straightforward. The on-screen guide is actually helpful if you don’t connect your source device first—odd but true. Speaker calibration and wiring was a breeze.Downside: The 1800H isn’t quite as punchy as the 2310 was at the same volume. I have to crank the volume about 25% higher to get the same loudness and impact. Not a dealbreaker but noticeable.Overall: For the price, it sounds solid and does the job. Not mind-blowing, but a decent step up for 4K home theater.

    Great item shipping crap
    Item is great once I worked out how to adjust the levels and the input level. The delivery was terrible from DHL advised it was coming at a certain time and never came no update till next day delivery driver just left parcel in Porsche and didn’t ask for signature of which I was told he should have, box was undamaged and fine to my suprise.

    Good receiver – very happy with it.
    Love it.Very good for the price point. Purchased to replace a failed Onkyo receiver, this drives all the Onkyo speakers (including up-firing Atmos jobbies) perfectly.It’s slightly deeper than all my other receivers and amps so, in a ‘normal’ sized enclosure it will stick out slightly – I think this is due to the twin wifi aerials at the back.

    Car stereo beats it.
    Very disappointing sound. The highs are compressed, the lows lack detail and my car’s stereo produces a far better surround sound.

    Easy to use with clear sound. Rock solid so far in 5.1 config. Will eventually add another 2 to test Atmos up firing

    First one was faulty so sent back,2nd one buggy but sound quality is amazing.Price not bad for a 7.1 or 5.1.2 dolby atmos.
