Does what’s expected form it well
Works really well, been used on hazel mahoosive bramble, elm and sycamore. Even the dense heavy elm was OK. It cuts well, a nice saw to use. The blade folds away so the teeth are stowed, nice and safe. The handle is simple and chunky, the taper and curve are well thought out so easy to use at most angles and stretches. Great value and well made.

Very handy tool
I bought this to use on an overgrown lilac (about 16 years of neglect, so THICK branches!) and it did a fantastic job. It is quick and easy to use and the only time we ended up having to get the petrol powered pruner out was not down to the pruning knife not cutting, it was down to me not having the energy/stamina to keep cutting through the thicker branches!It’s great that it folds as I could store it within easy reach in a pocket. This is one tool I am glad I have bought, unlike some which get one use and then get “retired” to the shed. Great tool, great price.

Fantastic product!
This one-handed saw works extremely well, cutting through branches as thick as my fist (I didn’t need to cut through anything larger). The only downside is that if you have a lot of cutting to do, your hand may start to crap around the grip. This happened to me after around three hours hacking away at bushes, but I do have small hands!

This review is my own private opinion of the Draper 43860 230 mm Folding Pruning Saw.I was really pleased how easy it was to cut through 3 inch branches just as long as you remembered that the Draper 43860 230 mm Folding Pruning Saw cuts on the pull action, Have to admit that did take a bit of getting use to but once you remember this there is no problem.I can thoroughly recommend this product as being easy to use and as the blade folds into a safety sheath it is easy to find somewhere to store it.
