I took one out to inspect, and all seemed fine. The seams were intact, and the color is vivid. I did not try one, as it’s too hot, but it’s certainly large enough for me (5’11”, 168 lbs) with wiggle room. So the stated dimensions are accurate. Noisy, as you’d expect from being plastic, and difficult to re-stuff-but you can. The whistle is not loud, but a thoughtful inclusion.
