You will be the envy of other class mates as they struggle on their 6mm mats!!When doing double knee fold, my Sacrum and Vertebrae are totally supported.When looking for a mat I was a bit worried that 15mm was going to be too bulky… it is not, the mat rolls up to a 20cm diameter, and is not heavy…. GOOD – BYE TO MAT MISERY!!!!

Best Mat ever!!
It would help if it came with a bag or strap or something just to keep it together, because it is so thick, keeping it in my car for class and transporting it from my car to the class would have been easier had it had a strap or bag. But nothing wrong with the mat.
