Work as intended and great for restocking back up when used.
I always take a silver blanket on any hike I go on, as well as having a couple in the Car laying around. Used up the ones in the car a while ago and needed to replace them after coming across and accident. These are super cheap and work just as well, tried one out before confirming they’d be good enough to store in the car. Can say they do work and keep a person warm and sheltered.Dished a few out to the family as not everyone had spares. Really lightweight and fit in pretty much any first-aid kit, even the small pocket sized travel ones.

Compact useful to carry Emergency Blanket
I bought this pack of ten emergency blankets so I have one in several pockets and bags. It followed two situations where it would have been a great help as a first aider, a cliff top broken leg being one! Some of the better quality blankets and clearly visible from afar. A shame there aren’t any priced that reflect charitable buys as these are acquired for the homeless – and can truly save lives in poor weather conditions – whilst searching for deals that offer more units for the price when doing a once monthly purchase..

We got these for my father who is always cold in bed. We put it between his sheet and blanket, his body heat is reflected back at him and helps keep him warm. Itâs a very low tech solution, but it works.The foil blanket itself is quite thin, and you need to handle it with care or it will rip. Once it is on the bed and under sheets it stays in once piece and does itâs job

Genuine article – good for emergencies
Bought this for emergencies, I keep some in my car. Last winter when out for a walk on the local hill there was this guy who broke his shin, he was in shock. He was unable to put any weight on his leg at all. Even shifting his weight he was in massive pain. It was cold and windy even for Scotland. When we met him, he was shivering uncontrollably.I ran back to my car and got the emergency blankets, wrapped him up. It helped for sure – after a couple of minutes he was not cold anymore. Good thing too because it took the ambulance well over an hour to arrive.Glad I was prepared. Everyone should have this in their car. Very important if someone is injured to keep them warm.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ces couvertures d’urgence. Qui servent en cas d’urgence, bien entendu, comme le titre l’annonce. Et dont je me suis servi pour les fixer sur les fenêtres (côté extérieur) pour bloquer le soleil pendant les périodes de canicule.
