Great product and customer service are exceptionally helpful
I bought a bird box and camera for my father’s Christmas.Initially he has some issues with the installation – the cables seem to have been the problem.The camera worked well when he had a trial run in the house but stopped working once outside and fitted in the bird house.My father called Greenfeathers customer care and he said they were great!Very friendly and helpful.After a bit of guided troubleshooting, they offered to replace some cables free of charge.That seems to have worked.He has the camera up and running now. He is very happy with it. The picture is clear and the bird house is good quality.He did say he had bought a little light as he found the picture got a bit too dark later in the day.There’s been a few visitors but no one has moved in yet! Watching avidly!! :0)

In the past, we have gone for cheaper cams to mount in a bird box,, but this time, went for a change and got a mid range priced cam. OMG, I wish we had done this before..The camera is great quality, well made, metal body and easy to install ( including a power supply ), the picture quality is great, including sound. Was a fast delivery and well packagedThis is one of the times, that shows it is better to spend a bit more and get the better quality

NOT IN COLOUR
Very disappointing with this, first camera would only show in black and white, but sales team from Green Feathers were very good, sent a replacement camera, all works now, but one problem is that as soon as you put the lid back on the bird box it goes back to black and white image, so now have to buy a separate light to go into the box, hopefully this will work when I get it.

Perfect Little Invisible IR, Wired, Birdbox Camera, with Sound
Lovely little Green Feathers CMOS camera. It looks very similar to a number of other Chinese made bird box cameras apart from its colour. The main difference and most important one is that the Infra Red light which gives the night time images in black and white is invisible to animals (940nm). Most of the others I’ve seen and used have been 850nm Infra Red, which gives a dull red glow. It can also be seen by humans. These cameras have been in the nest box for the past four or five years. I’ve just replaced the camera the shots were taken by as it had become a bit dusty but will be ok in one of the hedgehog nest boxes we’ve put out. The cameras are wired, with sound, to a DVR in the house loft and record 24/7 on motion detection, to save disk space. Brilliant.
