Really work
Doctor confirmed my hormones were in good nick but that didn’t help my memory or my moods. I started talking these and my brain went back to working, I don’t benefit from 2 a day so only take one. With the sleep ones I was amazed from the first night, I’ve no problem getting to sleep but I’m barely hitting 6 hours these days and that is interrupted. From the first night taking these I’ve been getting 8 hours which is the minimum we need for hormone production/regulation and it’s uninterrupted, no more arguing with my brain in the middle of the night or going over all the things I hate about myself. Feeling really good.

Only been taking this for 18 days and WOW..my muscles don’t ache anymore,I have more energy,I’m loosing my bloated belly,I’m not as emotional,the weight is dropping off quicker with my 1200 calorie diet and I don’t exercise.I’m starting to feel more like myself everyday and I’m loving it! Seem to be working
This is quite good value if bought together however, the items separately are quite expensive. Menopause symptoms are eased sometimes and the sleep aid does work, I’m definitely sleeping better. I’ve never had a problem swelling tablets but I do really struggle swelling these. They get stuck in my throat for a good hour, even after 2 pints of water. Then I’m up in the night peeing!!

Seems to work, but a MAJOR warning, if you’re epileptic- check with your neuro before you use them!
So, they seem to do the job pretty well- clearing brain fog, balancing hormones, etc. However: there’s a pretty generous portion of Ginkgo Biloba leaf extract in here, which I didn’t realise at the time, can really, really mess with your seizure management, if you have epilepsy. Mine isn’t easy to treat, but I had been clear of seizures for a few weeks. Unfortunately, 24hrs of using this, I had 7. It still hasn’t calmed, 2 days later. My most recent was just a couple of hours ago, despite not using it since yesterday. Turns out that Ginkyo is a big seizure trigger for some people. I’m not giving a poor review, because it’s specific to people with epilepsy, and beyond it, I can’t fault the product at all, but seeing as there’s a lot of us around, please check in with a doctor first, before you start it- my first seizure happened within just a few hours.
