Definite Improvement! Will keep updated after a longer period
When I first purchased this I didnât believe that it would help me that Iâd be one of the lucky people to finally have somthing help improve their reoccurring bv but boy was I wrong. I have only been taking these for 4 days and have already felt big improvement. There is no smell and no constant discharge I have always struggled with bv and found nothing ever really helped apart from antibiotics but long term it did nothing just kept coming n going which can be really triggering and uncomfortable to deal with all the time. I was googling what I could do and saw taking probiotics might help when I first saw these I read the reviews and was worried as there was a lot of negative weird things being said which in my experience at least I have had. Iâve not only taken 2 of these a day but I also improved my diet not eating as much junk having kefir yoghurt and cranberry juice and it had cleared up within 2 days. I will do an update within a months time to let you guys knoare if long term it stays this way I really hope it does but so far no complaints. The pills arenât really that big and the capsules go down easy but then again Iâve never had a problem swallowing pills so therefore Iâm not sure how other ppl may feel. Also the taste isnât amazing but u donât have to taste it u can just swallow straight away with water and have somthing after if it bothered u. But it doesnât really linger for me personally jus donât hold it in ur mouth too long. But overall I am super super happy and pray that these do continue to work and improve my overall health down below. If u have reoccurring bv I do recommend trying this and improving ur diet wish I had known about these sooner as itâs not spoken about enough how many of us struggle!!!!

Make sure to take the correct dose.
I tried this probiotic and found it to be effective when taken correctly. The tablet size is medium, but since it’s a capsule, itâs smooth and easy to swallow, which makes it less difficult than some other pills. Initially, I made the mistake of taking only half the recommended dose, assuming that many brands encourage higher doses to make you buy more frequently. However, after using the half dose for a while, I didnât notice any difference. Recently, I had been struggling with pH imbalance due to stress from a recent bereavement, which threw everything off. I stopped taking the probiotic for a few months because I didnât see any immediate results but after finally following the full dose for four days, I noticed everything returned to normal. So, the key takeaway is that when taken as directed, this is a really good product. If you only take one capsule, it wonât have much of an effect, but when used correctly, it works well.

Worked for me
Since menopause I have had lots of issues down below that never had before. 4 years of persistent BV and other infections. Taken anti biotics which didn’t seem to work and lived in misery. I started taking 2 of these a day but got awful stomach cramps so reduced to 1 per day after a week while I adjust. Basically all my issues are over. No more BV which cleared in 3 days. I am so much better. I recommend them as they are worth it to me. Very pleased with results.

Reviews for this were very good. Initially I was surprised at needing to take two & the tablets are quite big. I did not notice any improvement in tummy or other health whilst taking. I prefer a different brand

Skeptical but they work!
Originally wanted to purchase a probiotic due to ongoing issues (3+ years) with recurring odour and uncomfortable discharge (TMI sorry!) – sometimes due to BV, sometimes due to a yeast infection. I’ve had multiple gyno appointments, antibiotics, swabs done, but the problem always came back.I saw recommendations online to pair boric acid suppositories with an oral probiotic. This combination has seriously changed my life. Previously I would have issues during and after my period, and I would use supermarket at-home BV/yeast treatments which would take 3-7 days to clear everything up, with only a few weeks of relief before the next time.I have been taking this probiotic for just over 3 months and I don’t have these issues anymore. I was seriously skeptical as nothing else worked. Highly recommend this product with boric acid suppositories for anyone with the same kind of issue!The capsules are large but the best way to take them is put it in your mouth, take a large sip of water and tilt your head FORWARD (they float so will go to the back of your throat), and swallow. I’ve had no side effects from these capsules.10/10, changed my life!
