Good value for what is effectively a 4 month supply (one tablet per day). Tablets are sized to be fairly easily swallowed with your liquid of choice. As for health benefits I think it’s well established within the medical profession that iron is a vital component of our health. I have a health condition that makes it most important that I maintain a healthy level of iron in my body and this is an easy way to do it. As for its effectiveness everyone is different but I will be getting regular and frequent blood tests so I can consider any noteworthy feedback from my medical caregivers.
