    As with all Jabra stuff, it is good quality at a reasonable price. The swivel on the headset is a little irritating as it will only fold in one way for storage, which is why only four stars, but otherwise excellent – good sound and mic, and comfortable to use.

    Not what I expected. Too fragile, which makes is look cheap. Hope it lasts… £30 seems a lot for what you get. Sound and noise are ok.

    After 3+ months audio became intermittent on both speech and hearing. Contacted customer service which was inefficient and very poor. I wouldn’t recommend.

    Good price for branded Jabra headset.
    Let’s see how long these last in an office environment.We have used more expensive, modular, headsets from the likes of Agent, Avalle and Plantronics. These tend to break after much use in an unforgiving office! At the £30ish price mark it seems like just replcaing the whole unit may be more cost effective. The sound and build quality seem to be the same as the aforementioned products.

    I’ve had this headset about a year now. It works very well. The sound is clear, the microphone is clear and doesn’t pickup background noise. After a year, the fabric around the ear piece has started to flake off and I do find it squeezes my head if I have to wear it more than an hour at a time.
