After charging the battery for a number of hours the mobile doesnât work. The only time the screen lit up was while it was charging. Reading other reviews l seem to be unlucky with my purchase. Very disappointed.

“Maxcom” 2g Phone
This is a simple 2g phone for making calls and sending texts. It has a small colour screen and an easy to navigate operating system, and also has an MP3 player which supports a bluetooth connection if you have bluetooth earphones. The build quality is nothing special, it is quite lightweight and has an all plastic build, but looks like it would survive a few drops onto a carpeted floor from pocket height. It has duel SIM slots and a slot for a micro SD up to 32GB which you would need to purchase separately if you want to use the MP3 player. As far as mobile phones go, this is about as basic as it gets, but if you want a reasonably priced handset, with no internet access, which isn’t going to cost an arm and a leg to replace, this could be the phone for you.
