Thought the base was metal, itâs wobbly wood
The base is awkward to put together but simple, a shame the wood is so fragile. Use your hand only to screw the end screws as the wood cracked for me. I had to use wood glue to try and clamp it overnight then paint the inside black to mask the crack. If it were metal it wouldâve had some more weight and stability to it in addition to being less frail. Sadly itâs not, but it looks good.

Poor quality for price
My mother purchased this for me for Xmas . I started to put up , instructions says make sure tight . As you built it up, it became more wobbly and other legs became loose . The parts inside the wooden legs just came out. So you canât get the legs tight enough so it doesnât wobble. The quality of all parts are very cheap! And when sending back you have to send back to the company to be checked . So not as straight forward as Amazon returns . Disappointed in price and faults within legs .
