Brilliant, small birds love them
Very happy with these, great value, close securely, hold 1 fat ball, small birds absolutely love them. I have seen so many birds since I hung these in trees where the birds feel safe – selection of 4 feeders attracts whole groups of long-tailed tits, blue tits and great tits. Only the tiny birds are happy balancing on them. Robins and blackbirds attempt to hover and peck. I’ve seen pigeons look longingly but can’t figure out how to get at them. Get some, you won’t regret it! Good with the Rspb fat balls.

Blue tits love these fat bell cages,
I love these fat ball individual cages and the birds love them too. Iâve put the clip where they open to stop them falling open. Iâve not lost a ball. Only by the way the birds eat them so quickly. Iâve£ hung them on the weak branches that wonât support the squirrels or large birds. At last the smaller birds can get some food before the big birds get to it. Iâm getting a few more later to hang from the bottom of these 2. Best fat balls are the Peckish Extra Goodness Energy Ball 6 + 100% Extra Free birds love them . I do tend to feed the larger birds on a ground feeder along with the squirrels as we have 4 squirrels who visits at one time . I highly recommend these fat ball feeders but do remember to use the black clip that they hang from where the cage opens and you will never loose a fat ball and hang from the thinner branches that wonât take the weight of larger birds or squirrels, I have also uses a longer wire to hang them lower than the chain provided UPDATEcages are still looking good after 6 months. My only problem we have is the squirrels tend to steal them. They go missing for a week or 2 then turn up on the lawn when the squirrel has finished the fat balls.The small bird do love them. Iâve put wire on them now and attached them to the branch to try and stop the squirrels stealing them.

Look good. Birds like them.
Find these quite fiddly to fill but they look nice and birds do come to them.Easy to hang anywhere on hooks or branches. Fairly sturdy. I’m still using them when it’s stormy or cold but will reuse this winter , less mess and less waste.

Can recommend, robust, easy to fill and great value
These are really good! The wire is a lot stronger than I anticipated, and the hook and chain nicely robust.The hook makes it very easy to hang up and the opening and closing is simple. To help keep the wire basked closed I clipped the hanging piece over the join, close to the closure.
