Great product.
It does exactly what it is supposed to do, power your Alexa.I paid £19.99 for it. I find it quite expensive, but at least it works as it should and it has great quality, so it will last for a long time.Would I recommend it? Definitely. Hopefully you will find it cheaper.

Alexa power supply replacement.
This was a replacement power supply for our Alexa that is around 5 years old that suddenly failed and tripped the circuit breaker, it has worked great so far and the Alexa just rebooted and continued to work as normal once the new power supply was fitted.

Amazon have to test this product properly.
Amazon recommends this for the Echo 5 (3rd Gen), but it is not compatible. The input is too small! I think there are some big issues with Amazon regarding this product. Looks like they modified the input cable and it does not fit in the Echo 5 (3Gen) anymore. I contacted the customer service and they also couldn’t understand the issue. I returned TWICE!
