Great phone easy to install and use as just switched to digital voice. Good value for money. Lots of features will use some but not necessary for us to use them all.

Great improvement on my old phone
I bought these cordless phones ahead of the switch by BT to digital voice as they told us our extension corded phones will no longer work (they say its progress)They were easy to set up and work very well and the line quality on one extension in the bedroom is actually better than it was with the old corded phone which always used to crackle.It would have been 5 stars, but one handset has a small line of missing pixels running left to right across the lower part of the screen which breaks up the text. Its not enough to make it unreadable, but non the less is not perfect, hence dropped 1 star.Despite this small glitch, I would happily recommend these phones to anyone who wants to go cordless.

UK plug works well in Singapore
Took 12 days to arrive from UK. The box took a little beating as there was no outer bubble wrap to cushion it. Luckily the sets are all working well. The recording / greeting function is excellent for small business use. Be careful of the US models which require a step down convertor for our local 250V voltage. This UK model has the 3 pin plug and voltage range of 100 to 240V, so no issues.The RJ11 telephone cable was non standard and could not fit my wall socket. But easy enough to swap to one of my old phone cable.Overall, will buy again, value for money.

The connectors on the bottom of the phone are better than my old ones
The phones work, but don’t have the versatitlity I thought they might have. The display is grey, my old Siemens was in colour and you could have a constant scroll of views on the display. It is not intuitive. I find I have to refer to the manual every time to find what I am alooking for. The directory is just a number and name, whereas on my old phone I could select an avatar which could be seen from across the room. The volume of the ring-tone is far too low and very few sensible selections. The storage of cold calls is limited to 50. This is about 950 short of what is needed these days.The connectors on the bottom of the phone are better than my old ones. They were protruding pins and broke, this was the reason I had to change.Speaker phone is not loud enough but that seems to be normal and related to the ring-tone.

Love This Phone
I did a lot of research before buying this model, and it does not disappoint. I have a separate Truecall unit so needed to switch off the answering machine and route through my Truecall, therefore no need to bother with the blocking facility. The phone book holds 120 names and numbers and can be categorised into groups i.e. Family Friends etc each with a dedicated ring tone for each group. 40 ring tones, some better than others, but plenty to choose from even Christmas ones! The phone itself is neat with a clear backlit screen, and sits well in the hand. Easy to set up with caller display in you subscribe to this service. I would recommend this phone.

PLEASED BUT NOT DELIGHTED
This trio is easy to set up as in you are can make a call once the phones are charged. The phone list can be put into one phone and automatically repeats in the other two. My real gripe is you cannot mute the answerphone by this I mean when someone leaves a message it is heard in the room. This is a problem if you have guests and you don`t want to take a call at that moment, which means the caller is leaving a potentially a very private message to everyone in the room and if you have poor soundproofing to your neighbours too. I would suggest muting the ring on the base of the main phone as both the handset and the base together are LOUD! On a positive note the handsets have a little weight to them and feel sturdy, the screen is clear and can be read easily, I will in future ask about the volume control on the answer machine of any new landline I buy.

An excellent all round package & easy to use.
Been a big Panasonic fan for past 30 years. Although there are some very flashy looking handsets available now from different manufacturers, because never had any issues with any of my Panasonics see no reason to stop using them.Came across this set at a friends house & thought they had a fresh look with a simple user-interface. Sound quality was perfect, volume easy to adjust & the fact the keypad is lit always comes in useful in a dark room. Bought next day & been delighted with the phones & answer machine which is so easy to use/switch on/off.
