It deserves the price of £16 !
A good, sturdy product made of a plastic wheel and a metal bar. It feels like, if you drop it from the top of your house, it’s going to survive the crash. Although I expected to receive a wheel made of cast iron or any alloy, I’m happy with the product all over. One of the things bothering me (and it shouldn’t) is, that there is a spring inside the bar, which stops the wheel rolling further when your body gets to an outstretched position. It’s a bit like those toy cars from the past with a mechanism, where you pull the car backwards to release it and the car moves fast to the other end of the room. What does that mean for the ab roller? When you outstretch your body the spring tightens the wheel and that makes it easier on your muscles. Pulling your arms back is equally easier. At the moment I’m happy with such kind of help but in the future I would be happy if that spring breaks. There isn’t a way to unlatch it.

It’s strong and sturdy
Very good bit of kit apart from the roller has a lock that don’t allow it to be fully pulled all the way back ,so you can stretch fully outwards but not inwards.

Don’t expect too much
The Ab carver pro is good but for the price isn’t that good. The stickers are peeling off so disappointed with the quality and workmanship of the product! I previously bought the perfect pushup original and version 2 which were brill and I still use, however I am underwhelmed with this and wished I had gone to Temu for a lot less, very dissatisfied.

Easy to use and doesn’t take up a lot of space
Don’t do enough exercise personally cant say I look any different from using this so don’t expect amazing results but really felt the burn the first couple of days using it. I use it twice daily for 20 reps. I started with only 11 reps as I found keeping correct form difficult. Definitely helps slowly build strength in core and arms .

Das Teil wirkt sehr robust, hat gut Gewicht, das spricht für Qualität. Nach Auspacken müssen nur die Griffe angesteckt werden. Dies geht leicht und ohne Kraftaufwand per ”Klick”.Hierbei aufpassen, nicht rechts und links zu verwechseln, da sich das Ding wegen der Rückstellfeder in nur eine Richtung rollen lässt. Eine Trainingsanleitung gibts kostenlos als download.Bereits nach wenigen Minuten ”rollen” merkt man, die Bauchmuskeln werden in der Tat gezielt angesprochen, der Muskelkater am nächsten Tag war Beweis genug. Sehr gut ist die Torsionsfeder in dem Gerät. Sie spannt sich durch das Vorwärtsrollen spürbar und erleicherte einem gefühlt das Strecken, beim Zurückrollen umgekehrt. Die Feder wird sicher mit der Zeit ausleiern, aber ich hoffe mir bis dahin genug Kraft und Ausdauer antrainiert zu haben. Der Rollstopp am Ausgangspunkt ist genial, dies und die breiten stabilen Griffe unterstützen eine gleichmäßige Ausführung der Übung. Durch die große Rollenbreite und die griffgünstig geformten breiten stabilen Griffe gelingt mir die Übung auch ohne Wackeln. Die mitgelieferten Kniepads sind ebenfalls sehr hilfreich.Das Rollen macht wegen der Feder nicht den Lärm, wie andere Käufer kritisieren, da sind Nachbars Kinder wesentlich lauter. Etwas unschön ist, dass das Gerät durch Gummierung der Rolle nach Training auf Teppich wie ein Flusenroller aussieht. Muß ich halt nach Gebrauch abwischen, Fusseln gehen zumindest leicht wieder ab.Mein Trainingsziel: Ohne großen Zeitaufwand und überall die Bauchmuskulatur fit zu halten, die Oberarmmuskeln werden ja auch belastet. Ich bin überzeugt, dass das mit diesem Gerät geht. Einen Sixpack wie auf dem Werbefoto unterstützt wohl mehr optisch den Verkauf.
