Great taste
Been purchasing these for about a year now. Work really well for hydration and great vitamin count. They have really helped my headaches, with a noticeable reduction. Dissolve quickly, with no need to stir. I add ice to make a nice summer cold drink. Great value when buying the three packs. Taste fresh and not like the usual vitamin flavor.

Slightly salty/medicinal taste to start with, but not in a bad way. Once youâve had the first couple though you start to get used to it. My energy levels are higher with these and they keep me running for longer (and I usually drink energy drinks to keep me going) I bought these as a better replacement for my own health and honestly would recommend them 100 percent, Iâve just ordered my third tube! They seem to keep me more hydrated than just drinking water alone. They dissolve so well, looking âbittyâ but then completely disappearing. I use one tablet in my bottle shown below (about 400mls of water), and I find this works well ratio wise. Slight cherry aftertaste and I will keep on buying!

Really good flavour. They help with hydration and my POTS symptoms. Theyâve gave help a little with energy. They completely dissolve quickly.

I took these because I was getting charley horses (leg cramps). They stopped the charley horses, but they also made me feel more peppy. I’m not joking. I must have been lacking in some vitamins/elements, because the next day I felt better than I had in a very long time. This surprised me, because I do take multi-vitamins now and then.They are easy to take. In fact, they’re fun. I love to watch the tablets fizz as they dissolve (I need a life, I know). I think they’re good value for money, and definitely work.

They work and are pretty good for the price they dissolve pretty well but there was a couple of like bits at the bottom of the cup and the aftertaste was a bit salty still a good flavour though.

Magari è efficace e non lo saprò mai perchè già dall’odore sono rimasta disgustata. Il gusto è davvero sgradevole e non sono riuscita a finire la prima capsula effervescente. Ho buttato tutto!

Tastes really bad, and the smell of the capsule sticks to your hands which would be ok if it smelled like berries but it smells completely awful

These taste nice and are refreshing, but can take a while to dissolve. I loved the small container, which I can tuck anywhere in my hiking pack, and the tube is a good reuse tool for matches or fire starters or first aid supplies (stren line, patches, etc.). Will buy again.
