Easy to use and very efficient
Great product and very compact. Very easy to use to help cut down small / medium trees. It doesn’t get stuck on tye trunk and cuts through in next to no time. The blades are very sharp.I personally keep the chain in a plastic zip sandwich bag and then keep that in the black case to avoid getting water damage on the blades

Best and most productive exercise you can get
Superb value. This is a very well-made, durable, efficient no-frills manual chain saw. Comes in a nice little pouch that can be attached to a belt. No frippery like instructions and how to care for it. They assume that the owner is of average intelligence. The photo shows what I did to a rather dead and rotten eucalyptus tree. I had already taken off the branches with a saw, but the trunks would have been impossible. Took me 45 mins to saw off five thick trunks (10 in fact – as I did them all in two stages due to their weight). I will do the rest later this week as I’m badly in need of a beer now.

Surprisingly effective and quick!
I was a little skeptical as to whether a) I’d get on with the product, having read other reviews and b) whether it would be up the job as the branch I was looking to take down as a good few inches thick.As others have mentioned, it takes a minute or 2 to get used to the right rhythm, but once you do, it cuts through tough branches with ease.It probably took me 10 minutes to get through 90% of the branch.Don’t make the mistake I did and forget to take a chunk out of the bottom, before sawing through from the top. Once the branch started to fall, the chain got caught.Anyway, that’s my mistake and overall, I’m happy with the pocket chainsaw and probably used it more than I thought I would!

Ok, depending on what you want it to do
I bought this to cut off some higher branches, as shown on various videos. Found it impossible to get it the right way round to engage the teeth . Itâs probably OK for its main use as a hand saw at ground level but was money wasted for me.

Quick and effective
A quick and cost effective way to remove tree branches. It did get stuck a few times but did its job effectively. Once you get into a ryhthm it’s incredible fast.

Actually way better than I thought!
Big sycamore tree with branches 10m up that needed cutting. Expensive to call someone in, so gave this cheap option, flimsy looking, a go. Absolutely fabulous! Tied a rock to a length of rope, then tied one end to the grip on the chainsaw, another rope to the other handle. Threw the rock over the branch and hey presto. Quick, easy, clean cut through branches up to 20cm diam. Only hassle is when pulling on the rope to get the saw in position sure as hell it ends up with the cutting edge facing up not down. Lots of flicking the rop to get it to trun over!

Not for high tree limbs
As the teeth are only on one side, this is not suitable for high limbs, rather just for branches you can reach so as to ensure the saw stays the correct way around against the wood. Otherwise a good product.

We bought this to cut a hard to reach limb that needed to come off a tree. The oak limb was approx 7-8â diameter and 20 feet up a big tree. Tree was on a steep cliff/rocky hill (so not easy to get sat with ladders and chain saw). Tied a rope to each end of the rope saw handle. Hubby on one end, me (wife) in the other. We pulled back and forth and the limb was off in a couple minutes (we are mid 40s, fit people, heâs 180lbs and Iâm 140lbs for reference of ability to use this saw). The saw worked perfect and we will now pack it in our hunting, camping and snowmobiling gear as a survival tool. Saw looked like it was never used after. I think a younger to older person could use it. Only recommendation is to get ropes that donât flex when pulling. If we had more ridged ropes, this little gem would have had the job done sooner. Highly recommend! Great tool for the outdoorsy person, farmer, cottages etc!

Lleva a cabo su función de manera notoria. Como puedes observar en la foto me vine un poco arriba y he podido cortar un tronco de considerables dimensiones. Cierto es que me costó porque es un trabajo manual, pero se consigue hacer cosas interesantes como esta.

Son poids plume et sa taille compacte, une fois repliée, en font un compagnon idéal pour la randonnée et le camping. La chaîne de 36 pouces se manie avec aisance, permettant de couper des branches ou des troncs de petite à moyenne taille. L’efficacité est au rendez-vous, malgré quelques efforts nécessaires pour venir à bout des branches plus coriaces.
