It does a lot of things and is basically a Baofung but with easier but similar menus and air band. Get a good airband antenna on this thing and its fairly sensitive.

I purchased this radio hoping to listen to frequencies other than the standard 2m, 440 ones. The radio worked fine for a couple hours then stopped letting me switch to those bands including listening to FM radio. I did two factory resets to hopefully correct the problem (which fixed it briefly) but then stopped working again. I sent that radio back for a replacement to see if it was an isolated incident but the second radio turned out worse than the first. I reached out to the company for help and they told me to unload new firmware however that would force me to purchase a data cable which I didn’t want to invest more money and find out that wouldn’t work either. So I ended up returning the second radio as well. I don’t need a radio that only hears and talks on the standard 2m, 440 bands since I already own several radios that do that.
