    Excellent battery power washer
Battery powered power washer, decent powered water stream, can be fed from a 2 litre pop bottle, bucket, pond or hose pipe, very easy and quick to use and dismantle afterwards.Small and light enough for easy use, well balanced.Does require water pressure (eg hose pipe) to prime before first use or if fully dried out which may be where some other reviewers have reported difficulties. This is a power washer though not a pressure washer, so excellent for routine cleaning of a car, outdoor furniture or footwear; rather than masonry, paving or an off road vehicle covered in mud!

    Good product not high powered.
Easy to handle perfect for small jobs.Does not compare to a mains power washer for power.Good for washing the car can put car shampoo in a bucket and soak the car. Will knock the mud off so you can use a sponge and not get it too dirty.Quick to set up and use.

    Useful
I find this really useful and convenient to quickly wash muddy boots, car cleaning etc. Its quick to set up with just a bucket or bottle of water needed. Its not as powerful as a normal pressure washer so would not be suitable to clean patios etc.

Not great pressure, but quite easy to use and a useful addition to the One+ range
A confession. I love the Ryobi One+ range, I have loads of devices from it. I also have several batteries (about six I think) so have no issues buying something as a bare unit.I partake in a sport called Blokarting, which is basically land sailing, mainly on a beach. Between autumn and spring we sail on damp sand, and even on the better days everything gets coated in sand. When I found this new One+ device had been released I was very keen to buy one, for use after a session on the beach. This retails for about £130 but I found it on Amazon for a discount of around 12%. It seems just as well made as all of my other Ryobi kit, and it’s simple to put together, I didn’t need to refer to the manual. The battery compartment accepts all battery sizes, up to the 5Amp that I use, and protects the battery from water and sand. Once assembled, even with the heaviest 5Amp battery in place, it’s top heavy and won’t stand on its base. The hose is a good length and there’s a little clip to hook it on to the side of a bucket, and a float to keep the filter end the right way up when submerged. In use I thought it was ok, the three settings all worked as expected (easily selected via a twist of the nozzle), and though I haven’t tried it yet for it’s intended purpose (washing off sand) I think for this it will be ideal. I did a test wash on the rear bumper of my campervan, using each of the settings in turn. Once it had dried the results were a tad disappointing (see photo), it had only been able to remove the looser dirt leaving plenty behind. I think this is down to the limited power, it really can’t be compared to a standard mains powered washer.Overall this is ok. I’m glad to have it and for anyone with simple jobs like washing down a cycle at the end of a ride it would probably be ideal. I’d rather see Ryobi selling this at sub £100 to make it more appealing, for those who don’t own One+ batteries already it’s probably not going to make their short list.

    Pritty good
Dislike price apart from that brilliant. used for cleaning wheele bins used on high setting and done the job nicely. I used a folding bucket 5lt topping up with 2liter jug ,battery Ryobi biggest 5amp. Also managed to clean off green algae from the windows. When I last cleaned bin’s & window’s it was a lot of effort and awkward due to the lack of space that was five years ago. Also great for car and motorcycle especially if you don’t have a drive. Downsides price and no foam detergent bottle attachment available for it. Ryobi battery pressure washer is very good for light duties and for those who can’t use a pressure washer due to no outdoor tap driveways limited plug sockets ect. Ryobi battery pressure washer very easy to setup and dismantle compared to a mains pressure washer which I have used from karcher to cheaper one’s. In fact this Ryobi is as good as those cheap ones on performance but way better made and lot easier to setup. I’ve used ones that cost the same as Ryobi excluding price of battery they had leaks, noisy and not as well made. Once you factor in the price of 5amp battery and charger now you in the £250 -80 bracket and if you can use a mains pressure washer I highly recommend the karcher pressure washer in £300 and above range. Ryobi battery pressure washer is well made a lot more substantial than those cheap ones up to the £200 just as powerful and easy to use.

Portable, no cable and great for small jobs
Performance is close to a mains pressure washer…. if plugged into a hose pipe it takes no time to prime and apply pressure. Great for snow-foaming the car with the spray bottle and economical on the water used to achieve a tidy job. Not so good on alloy wheels but perhaps need to change my ways rather than denigrate it…. will be trying it with snow-foam as a wheels-only experiment. That said, alloy wheels always need a bit of elbow-grease.When using it with a bucket of water make sure the inlet filter is as deep as it can be…. takes a little while to prime but end results are good.

Perfect for a quick clean up
I only got this item several days ago, but I have used it for many things already. It had no problem cleaning the car, the patio, and the driveway, among smaller things. It did need a charge after each with a 4.0ah battery but compared to other cordless washers, it lasts longer and is more powerful. If you plan to use this with a 2l bottle like I did (and as shown in the advert pictures) make sure the screw top doesn’t have cut gaps like newer bottles as it doesn’t create an airtight seal and so there isn’t enough pressure for the washer. This is a fault of the bottle used though, not the pressure washer. You can connect a regular hose, but it also comes with a long, portable hose with filter, and a short one (for something like the 2l bottle). It’s quite compact and light but feels well made. The design fits in well with other Ryobi tools and putting it together is simple. Well worth the price. Recommeded.
