Decent, but has a couple of issues
Not a bad phone – clear, big buttons, sturdy and a decent charge capacity.Only criticisms are that the torch and volume control buttons on the side are very easy to accidentally knock, so either switching the torch on and draining the battery or turning the volume down so the person cannot hear the ring.Also, please when making phones for the elderly, give them a choice of clear ring tones! This one, like many of the others I’ve tried for my mum, has only one ringtone and its more of a ‘chime’ than the old fashioned ‘ring ring’ . It’s difficult to hear and recognise it if there are other noises around, especially if the person is hard of hearing, even when the volume of the chime is turned up to maximum.Otherwise, it’s a strong, decent phone, just not great if you struggle with grip and have arthritis etc or hearing difficulties.

Not easy for the elderly!!
Ended up buying 3 of these as hinges break. Phone wont ring if a missed call. It has to be cleared before you can ring phone. Got for my 85 year d dad. Dont buy….get an android. Even my dad who finally gave in said how bad these are now a proper phone! Hard to set up. Sound poor quality. Not easy to use for elderly

The main reason was ease of use, big buttons, emergency button, yet still has all the attributes of a smart phone in an easy to open flip form. The wide variety of of functions including contacts list, shortcuts and radio, make it a perfect companion for anyone and a good starter phone for the less experienced user. Great value for money.

I bought this phone for my grandma,she loves it and she is flipping this phone open and closed as often as possible. The buttons are so big and easy to see,the screen is clear and bright. It has a nice ringtone and the battery last long. I must say the quality of this phone is nice. Perfect for seniors. Highly recommend.

UNit does not function properly
Good looking unit, easy to handle but does not work properly. functions are not programmed correctly so unit does not respond to key strokes correctly. Had to take unit to local telephone shop and my wifi/broadband supplierboth of whom confirmed the malfunction. In the meantime we have tried other units, the first of which had a similar problem, the othervunit functions correctly. Obviously I am unhappy with this unit and although it is out of the return date hope you will accept a return and refund accordingly.
