I don’t like using weights or going the gym so purchased this to build up my strength and tone my chest back and arms.. no exercise instructions came with the product, bug plenty of YouTube videos and information online on how to use it..Exerciser very effective easily adjusted for resistance and very easy to use..

Ok but has its flaws
Under light load it’s fine but as you crank up the resistance there is a clear issue. There is air pockets in the fluid inside the piston. This results in resistance but then zero as the air passes through and then resistance again. It has detracted from my use of the device at times as it upsets rhythm and consistencey. Also the handles could be softer as gripping them at time feels awkward or uncomfortable.
